Louise Rayner, from Rickmansworth, will be running the TCS London Marathon on Sunday 23 April 2023 for Paul Strickland Scanner Centre.
Louise has been training for the past six months. She’s following her running plan and says she is lucky to have good friends training with her, Debbie, Mandy and Jo. As well as, members of the running group Rickmansworth Running Sisters.
She chose to support Paul Strickland Scanner Centre to support her friend Julia, one of her oldest and best friends. Louise said: “Julia was diagnosed with cancer a while ago and has been a patient at the centre. She told me that without Paul Strickland Scanner Centre she wouldn’t be alive today.”
