On Sunday 3 September Rick Wilmott will be taking part in The Big Half, a half marathon through the streets of London.
Four weeks later Rick will be taking it easy as he ventures out with his sisters and a friend to complete the Vitality 10,000. For both these events, Rick and his co-runners will be raising sponsorship in memory of Rick’s dad, Richard Moriarty.
