We held our Annual Impact morning on 4 February and supporters had the opportunity to hear from our Chair of Trustees, Joanne Langfield as well as Chief Executive Claire Strickland and a fascinating presentation about AI use in MRI scanning was given by
MRI Deputy Superintendent Will McGuire. We were also delighted to welcome Ruth Rush of Bottrills Solicitors who gave some very
helpful information regarding Inheritance Tax and Pierre du Bois gave a presentation about the work of the Fundraising and
Communications Team.
Our first Quiz Night of the year was held at the beginning of March, run faultlessly once again by Hilary and Alan Coulson. Thanks to everyone who took part for helping to raise the grand total of £2,500. If you would like to take part in our next quiz on 12 July, make sure to sign up early as these quizzes are very popular.
April sees two of our energetic supporters taking on huge challenges. On 7 April Martin Eden will complete his first ever marathon as he ventures down to Brighton for the Brighton & Hove event. Rick Wilmott has done many running challenges for us over the
past few years and this year is stretching himself even further by taking on the London Marathon on 27 April. Good luck, Martin and
Rick!
We have 4 spaces available for the Vitality London 10,000 which will be on 28 September; contact us to reserve your space.
