Paul Strickland Scanner Centre has achieved a perfect satisfaction score in our latest annual patient survey. The survey of 276 patients took place at the end of 2022 and measured patients’ experience of our service in a number of important areas.
In our PET-CT department, 81% said they were “very satisfied”, with the remaining 19% saying they were “satisfied”. The numbers for MRI were 85% and 15%, respectively. In CT, the satisfaction rates were 81% and 19%, respectively. No patients expressed dissatisfaction with the service they received from our team.
