A grant of nearly £10,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund will help pay for a new waiting room for our patients at Paul Strickland Scanner Centre.

The new waiting room is required due to the major refurbishment of the centre as part of our current scanner upgrade project, which has already seen the installation of two new MRI scanners. A new PET-CT scanner with highly advanced artificial intelligence capabilities will be installed later this year, potentially allowing us to help even more patients than before.
