Paul Strickland Scanner Centre has launched a new programme to give 16 student radiographers from the universities of Plymouth and Portsmouth insight into our high-quality cancer imaging service.

Paula Merry, our Quality and Governance Lead, said: “It’s so important that we invest in the future workforce of our country. We have so much experience and expertise to share.

“It’s unlikely they will be exposed to this quality of scanning equipment anywhere else and they will gain an amazing insight into how a high-performing specialist cancer imaging centre works.”
